Returns & Refunds Policy
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Customized or personalized items
- Personal care products (including cosmetics and skincare)
- Hazardous materials (including flammable liquids or gases)
If you’re unsure whether your purchase is eligible for return, please reach out—we’ll be glad to clarify.
Note: We do not accept returns for items marked final sale or for gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card providers may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.
